In particular, on this job, we found this gutter had been over flowing for quite some time causing massive amounts of damage to roof components, frame work and even walls.

Day 1 & 2 - The lodge roof repair
This wasn't the nicest of jobs. With an extensive amount of Rott, and even an abandoned bees nest to tackle, we had our work cut out. Once we found the source of leak we replaced all the battens and structural wood that needed to be fixed. Along with a complete new set of fixings and mounting plates. We then replaced the felt and repaired the wood with like for like materials ensuring this lodge would last for many more years. We replaced all the roof bolts with upgraded counterparts ensuring that each one was sealed and a high standard of finish to this roof was achieved with new draft exclusion foam.
Day 3 - The soffits & Facias
As well as repairing the roof , we repaired frames and replaced the soffits and facias really bringing this lodge back to life. As you can see in this picture, the gutter had not been fitted yet, and it already looks fantastic. This lodge benefited from this upgrade so much it looks like a different lodge. This is perfect for static caravans too. We matched the colour to this lodge but we also fit grey, black, anthracite, white, grained as pictured and none grain. Day 4 - The front end repair
After this lodge taking on so much water from the roof leak, there was some major damage that had occurred as a result. The most affected area was the front corner. We addressed this, repaired it, sealed the entire area and resprayed it. needless to say this section of the lodge looks brand new.
Day 5 - Sealing and protecting
After we fitted everything, we finally sealed it all up. This made the finish absolutely fantastic. We fully weather checked it all, and ensured that it was sealed with high quality sealers in the finished colour of the lodge.
