Our Origin Story:

• 2009: Happy Camper split from its now sister company to give a true under one roof service for leisure vehicles.

Mark founded Happy Camper in 2009 after years fixing family and friends' leaky static caravans, turning his passion for caravanning into a full-time mission to keep leisure vehicles safe and dry.

As lead engineer, Mark brings 20+ years of hands-on expertise in damp repairs, roof reseals, gas systems and structural work across statics, tourers, motorhomes and park homes. A regular camper from Snowdonia to the Lakes, he personally oversees complex jobs and trains the team on the latest techniques. "Every caravan deserves the same care I'd give my own - no shortcuts, just reliable results that last seasons. Gas safe and ACOPS safe. Meet Ben – Managing Director & Operations Lead

With years in the leisure vehicle industry, Ben oversees all Happy Camper operations along with Mark, ensuring seamless scheduling, quality control and customer satisfaction across North West and North Wales jobs. A caravanning enthusiast who’s towed from Cornwall to the Highlands, Ben personally manages mobile teams, supplier relationships and insurance partnerships. Josh manages day-to-day operations at Happy Camper, coordinating mobile repair teams, workshop schedules and customer bookings across the North West and North Wales.

With extensive experience in leisure vehicle logistics, Josh ensures fast response times for damp emergencies, smooth insurance repairs and efficient campervan conversions. A motorhome owner who explores Welsh campsites weekly, he bridges customers and engineers for hassle-free service. With 25+ years fixing everything from chassis issues to wiring faults, Bernie handles routine servicing, insurance repairs and custom electrical jobs with precision. A seasoned caravanner who's tackled coastal storms, he combines practical know-how with electrical qualifications for safe, lasting fixes. Sebastian specialises in Happy Camper's bodywork repairs and professional paint matching for caravans, motorhomes, campervans and park homes throughout the North West and North Wales. Mainly based at our workshop in Merseyside, but also traveling the length and width of the North West and North Wales area for static caravan bodywork repairs and park home repairs. Seb is here to repair and paint touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans, restorations and much more. Seb runs a team of staff in the Happy Camper.

With 8+ years as a qualified mechanic specialising in leisure vehicles, Phil performs on-site 101 checks, pre-tow inspections, axle work and emergency fixes without needing workshop transport. A year-round tourer himself, he gets vehicles road-legal fast.
