It’s the start of a new year! Stick to those New Years Eve resolutions (or don’t, we won't tell)!
Now is the time when we can sit through the colder weather and dream of the sun returning for tea on the lawn, forest walks and barbecues. As we get through the hard months post-Christmas with the dark nights and the storms it’s time to start planning for spring and summer, and if you’re anything like us you’ll be raring to get back in the great outdoors. Of course there are those hardy few that don’t let the cold and wind of January and February put them off getting away and we salute you. With the more tempestuous weather we get in winter comes the increased chance of weather damage to your caravan. It’s of course part and parcel of caravanning that weather damage may occur so we at The Happy Camper Store are ready to be on hand to repair anything you need. We’re ready for it as we do see an increase in weather damage during the winter months.
With all the uncertainty in the world currently 2021 was the year of the staycation, and long may it continue say we. As a nation we have proved what we at The Happy Camper Store have been saying for years: There is just as much fun and beauty to be had on a British holiday as there is abroad. We have wonderfully beautiful landscapes in Britain (we have to say North Wales trumps them all though) from dramatic mountains to forests, rolling hills, lazy rivers and vast beautiful coastlines.
